Access to clean drinking water
• Drilling of wells, boreholes, and community water access points.
• Accelerating water piping to households through collaborative partnerships with county and national Governments.
Scaling sanitation in schools, hospitals and public spaces through:
• Provision of and rehabilitation of all primary and secondary schools’ ablution blocks to modern, water-efficient toilets.
• Rehabilitation of sanitation amenities in local hospitals and dispensaries.
• Provision/rehabilitation of toilets with adequate water supply in markets and churches.
• Janitorial capacity building for institutions for the maintenance of sanitation facilities.
• Waste management capacity building for institutions.
Good hygiene practices
Increase community hygiene awareness and self-sufficiency through pieces of training such as training on soap making and safe water recycling for sustained hygiene.
Sustainable water management
• Promoting a new water culture that allows the sustainable management of water through water management awareness drives, tree-planting initiatives and collaborations.
• Promoting environmental sanitation in institutions via landscaping initiatives, and grass and tree planting.
